Restaurant Tenant Fit-Out
This ongoing design-build project involves the full conversion of an existing retail space into a fully functioning restaurant. The scope includes transforming the front retail area into a new customer seating space with a service counter and buffet station, and building out the rear of the building as a complete commercial kitchen. Work includes installation of a 12-foot Type I hood with exhaust fan and makeup air unit, multiple commercial sinks and associated plumbing, electrical upgrades, and all new interior finishes. The project is expected to be completed before the end of the year. All work is being performed in full compliance with the requirements of the authorities having jurisdiction, including building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, accessibility, and health regulations.
Ice Cream Shop Tenant Renovation
This design-build project involves the complete renovation of an existing tenant space to create a new ice cream shop. The scope includes demolition of interior partitions, installation of new ceramic tile flooring throughout the space, renovation of the existing restroom, and construction of a custom 20-foot service and preparation counter. Work also includes new plumbing rough-ins for a three-compartment sink and a service counter sink, limited HVAC modifications, electrical upgrades for outlets and equipment, lighting improvements, and complete interior finishes. A rear area is also being renovated to accommodate refrigeration and a small office. All work is being performed in full compliance with the requirements of the authorities having jurisdiction, including building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, accessibility, and health regulations.
Residential Addition
This design-build project consists of a three-story, approximately 300 square foot addition that expands and upgrades an existing home. The design phase has been completed, and the building permit is currently under review with the local jurisdiction. Construction is expected to begin in January, providing the homeowner with additional living space and improved functionality while maintaining full continuity with the existing structure. All work is being performed in full compliance with the requirements of the authorities having jurisdiction, including building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, accessibility, and zoning regulations.
